I am tired today! Australia is 2 hours earlier than New Zealand and I arrived here 2 days ago! Check out is 10 am and I couldn't sleep as well as I would have liked the last 2 nights! Last night I hung out with 2 German girls and a French guy! Meeting people from all over the world is expected when backpacking! New Zealand is the first place I have met other Americans! Auckland lacks qualities that I thought it might posses! It is the most diversity of cultures that I have seen thus far. The Mauri has a great influence here similar to that of the Hawaiins. Tired and trying to get more funds together to book a tour around the north and south island.
